General Summary

Primary responsibilities include financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting activities and financial reporting. The Sr Financial Analyst will be a strong value-added business partner to Corporate, Division Finance Teams and Functional counterparts.

Who you will work with…

Work with Finance leads and cross-functional partners to provide meaningful and accurate financial analysis and support to Campbell business units.

What you will do…

  • Organize data for analysis, draw appropriate conclusions, provide reporting and develop direction and course corrective action plans.
  • Identify needs and determine appropriate means of continuous improvement of financial / business processes.
  • Supports forecast submissions and analysis each month.
  • Provides proactive thought leadership focused on both process efficiencies and enhanced data analysis.
  • The individual acts as a business partner and consultant on a variety of financial matters.
  • Continuous improvement mindset. 
  • Strong organizational skills. 
  • Strong sense of ownership over assigned areas of responsibility, coupled with ability to work in a team environment on some projects. 

What you will bring to the table… (Must Have)

  • Basic understanding and experience with financial accounting, balance sheet / P&L statement and budgeting activities.
  • Strong decision-making skills, integrity, organization, leadership skills, ability to multi-task, drive alignment, detail oriented, fiscally responsible and attention to accuracy.
  • Strong communication, documentation and client interface skills.
  • Highly motivated individual interested in working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Somewhat independent; working under general instructions and expected to determine how to accomplish the work assignments. 
  • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and financial systems skills.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years related financial experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Strong PC skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. 
  • Experiences with SAP, EPM and/or Power BI is a plus. 

Working Conditions

This position will work in a company headquarter (Camden, NJ) 3 days a week
Travel as needed (10-15%) to company meetings, company training, customer meetings, and other regions as business needs demand


Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$66,600-$95,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
