As we continue to scale, we are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to provide high-level administrative and personal support to our Founder & Chief Responsibility Officer (CRO).

This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks, both professional and personal. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner to the executive, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth and efficient operations in all aspects of their work and personal life.


JOB SUMMARY

The Executive & Personal Assistant will serve as a strategic partner and right-hand to the Founder & Chief Responsibility Officer (CRO). This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful professional who can seamlessly balance executive administrative support with personal assistance duties.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CRO’s daily schedule, coordinating business operations, handling confidential matters, and ensuring the smooth execution of both professional and personal commitments. This includes scheduling meetings, overseeing key projects, managing personal errands, handling household administration, and acting as a trusted liaison between the executive and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Executive Support
  • Manage the Founder & CRO’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management.

  • Act as a bridge between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and prioritizing key matters.

  • Draft, review, and manage reports, presentations, and key documents.

  • Oversee travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and itineraries for business and personal travel.

  • Assist with key projects, ensuring seamless coordination and follow-ups on critical action points.

  • Provide confidential administrative support, handling sensitive business matters with discretion.



Personal Assistance & Lifestyle Management

  • Manage household administration, personal shopping, and vendor coordination.

  • Handle bill payments, personal expenses, and financial reconciliations.

  • Run personal errands and ensure the smooth execution of both professional and personal engagements.

  • Plan and oversee private events, social engagements, and personal obligations.

  • Serve as a trusted right-hand person in ensuring the CRO’s commitments (both professional and personal) are met efficiently.



Requirements

WHAT TO HAVE



  • Proven experience (4-6 years) as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.

  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with non-traditional work hours and adaptability to changing priorities.

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly.  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong decision-making abilities.
