You’ll oversee daily sales operations, optimise conversion strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer acquisition, retention, and trading activity. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, coaching sales staff, and ensuring a data-driven approach to achieving business goals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, manage, and mentor a regional sales team to achieve monthly targets.</li><li>Take ownership of regional sales performance, ensuring targets for new client acquisition, deposits, and trading volume are met.</li><li>Analyse sales and customer lifecycle data (registration to active trading) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive targeted campaigns, promotions, and communications that support sales objectives.</li><li>Implement strategies based on user behaviour to increase conversion, activation, and retention rates.</li><li>Provide coaching and regular performance feedback to sales team members; develop training plans to upskill team capabilities.</li><li>Monitor key sales KPIs such as conversion rate, ARPU, CPA, churn, and revenue performance; maintain accurate reports and dashboards.</li><li>Stay up to date with regional market trends and competitors to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.</li><li>Process and analyze weekly sales performance data to identify trends, progress, and areas for improvement.</li><li>Perform regular checks on sales team interactions with customers across communication channels to verify that tasks are executed honestly and accurately, ensure alignment with recorded data, and uphold service quality standards.</li><li>Ensure CRM tools and sales processes are effectively utilised and optimised for team performance.</li><li>Has an <strong>eye for detail </strong>and is used to working in a highly regulated industry</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in sales supervision or a team leadership role in <strong>fintech, online trading, or financial services. Candidates without fintech experience need not apply.</strong></li><li><strong>Having your own laptop is required for this role.</strong></li><li>Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating high-performing teams.</li><li>Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with CRM and BI tools is a plus.</li><li>Understanding of customer funnels, user journeys, and sales metrics like CPA, ARPU, and retention.</li><li>Familiarity with regional market dynamics and sales best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills.</li><li>Proactive and performance-oriented with a passion for growth and team success.</li></ul>
