Job Summary

We are looking for an intermediate level Admin Supervisor who will oversee and coordinate all administrative and operational activities for our client; Risen Foams.

The role involves working closely with the team to establish and oversee functional operating structure, set up clear documentation systems, and ensure the business runs smoothly across all departments

This role requires a hands-on person who can bring order, follow-through, and accountability into daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

A. Coordination & Operations Management

· Supervise daily administrative and operational functions across departments.

· Ensure proper coordination between production, sales, and dispatch teams.

· Create and monitor daily activity schedule for all units.

· Track operational performance and ensure timely reporting of key activities.

· Identify process gaps and work with management to close them quickly.

B. Administrative Systems & Structure Setup

· Work directly with the team to implement the organizational and operating structure for Risen Foams as prepared by the external consultant

· Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key business processes.

· Set up and maintain company registers (staff, suppliers, customers, production, dispatch, inventory, etc.).

· Ensure proper filing (both digital and physical) of all company documents, forms, and reports.

C. Staff Management & Recruitment Support

· Supervise all administrative and support staff.

· Coordinate recruitment processes (advertising, interviews, selection, onboarding).

· Ensure new staff receive proper orientation and have clear job descriptions.

· Track staff attendance, discipline, and performance reporting.

D. Documentation & Reporting

· Prepare daily and weekly operations reports for management.

· Maintain templates for production records, purchase requests, and performance tracking.

· Ensure all departments submit reports on time using approved formats.

· Keep a central log of all administrative and operational documents.

E. Procurement & Inventory Support

· Work with procurement and stores to ensure purchase requests are properly documented and approved.

· Track inventory of materials, ensure proper usage, and prevent stock losses.

Ensure vendors’ records, quotations, and payments are properly filed and verified

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant administrative or supervisory experience (preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings).
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Leadership and team coordination skills.

Schedule:

  • Monday: Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦120,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
