<strong>Company Description<br><br></strong>Our client is a multi-sector organization delivering world-class consulting, strategic planning, and communication solutions that spark passion, drive engagement, and achieve measurable results—creating extraordinary value and shaping the future of business.<br><br><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO — a strategic and administrative role designed to support the CEO’s office in managing daily operations, coordinating across business units, and ensuring organizational efficiency.<br><br><strong>Role Overview<br><br></strong>The Executive Assistant to the CEO will work directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with business leads to provide high-level administrative, operational, and communication support. The ideal candidate must be proactive, highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Collaborate with the leads of each business to coordinate admissions and onboarding processes.<br><br><ul><li> Sit in on meetings to take detailed notes and prepare summaries/action points. </li><li> ⁠Maintain and regularly update the client information database. </li><li> ⁠Respond to emails, LinkedIn messages, and other client inquiries promptly and professionally. </li><li> ⁠Manage administrative activities supporting the office of the CEO and the wider business network. </li><li> Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and external clients, partners, and stakeholders. </li><li> Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings (including Zoom), and schedule appointments. </li><li> Handle all incoming and outgoing communications with discretion and efficiency. </li><li> Collaborate and work on company LinkedIn</li><li> Manage all regulatory and statutory paperwork. </li><li> Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by the CEO<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong>Minimum of a HND or Bachelor’s degree<br><br><ul><li> ⁠Strong organizational and multitasking skills. </li><li> Excellent communication and writing ability. </li><li> Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom. </li><li> Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. </li><li> Prior experience supporting senior executives is an added advantage. <br><br></li></ul>Additional Information<br><br><strong>The Remuneration Is Competitive Along With Other Benefits.<br><br></strong>The Deadline for submission is October 20, 2025.
