Job Title: Data Entry AnalystLocation: Fully Onsite – Overland Park, KS Type: Contract | $20-21ph. | BenefitsLHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in Overland Park, KS who is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Analyst to join their team for a Project. This temporary role will focus on researching business entities to verify operational status, identifying key contacts, and updating our Salesforce CRM with accurate and current information.Responsibilities:
  • Research business entities using online tools, directories, and databases to confirm if they are still operational.
  • Identify and verify primary contacts at each business, including name, title, email address, and phone number.
  • Accurately input and update contact and company information in Salesforce.
  • Maintain detailed records of research findings and update tracking logs as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Flag and escalate any discrepancies or issues encountered during research.
Qualifications:
  • Strong internet research skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Prior experience in data entry, lead generation, or administrative support is a plus.


Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
