Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor

Position Summary

The Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and managing construction materials, tools, and equipment. This role ensures accurate inventory records, timely delivery of materials to project sites, proper storage conditions, and compliance with safety and company procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations Management

  • Supervise the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth workflow in receiving, storing, and dispatching construction materials.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
  • Monitor loading and unloading activities to prevent damage and ensure accuracy of deliveries.

2. Inventory Control

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory management software.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly physical inventory audits.
  • Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and arrangement of materials for easy retrieval.

3. Material Handling and Distribution

  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely supply of materials to sites.
  • Verify quantity and quality of incoming materials against delivery receipts and purchase orders.
  • Prepare materials requests and delivery schedules for ongoing projects.

4. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain complete documentation for all incoming and outgoing materials (DRs, invoices, gate passes).
  • Prepare inventory status reports, stock level monitoring, and reorder requests.
  • Report discrepancies, shortages, or damages immediately to management.

5. Team Supervision and Coordination

  • Lead and train warehouse staff on proper storage, handling, and inventory procedures.
  • Assign and monitor tasks of warehouse helpers, forklift operators, and drivers.
  • Coordinate closely with procurement, finance, and project engineers for material requirements.

6. Compliance and Maintenance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements for warehousing.
  • Oversee the maintenance of warehouse facilities, storage racks, and equipment.
  • Implement security measures to prevent theft, loss, or unauthorized access.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
