Management Supervisor - Toledo

This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote flexibility with periodic on-site collaboration at Siemens facilities in Toledo or nearby locations. Both full-time and part-time applicants are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee teams across multiple projects and departments

  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with business and clinical objectives

  • Facilitate collaboration between clinical, operational, sales, and technical teams

  • Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

  • Monitor KPIs and apply data-driven insights to guide decision-making

  • Support change management initiatives and promote team engagement

  • Mentor and develop junior staff to foster professional growth and teamwork

Qualifications:

Compensation & Benefits:
