Schedules agency staffing as needed</li><li> Complies with state and federal regulations and with HIPAA Security Policies and<br><br></li></ul>Procedures.<br><br><ul><li> Maintains a courteous, professional, respectful and compassionate manner through<br><br></li></ul>interactions with others.<br><br><ul><li> Assists the Director of Home Health and DON in reviewing employee timecards for<br><br></li></ul>accuracy.<br><br><strong>Administrative<br><br></strong><ul><li> Serves as the main point of contact for the department, answering phones, directing calls<br><br></li></ul>and responding to or routing routine inquiries from external or internal sources with<br><br>appropriate correspondence or other messaging.<br><br><ul><li> Provides excellent service to residents, family members, guests, vendors and other<br><br></li></ul>employees.<br><br><ul><li> Types correspondence; sorts and distributes mail; receives deliveries; distributes<br><br></li></ul>documents and supplies; sends emails and faxes; and answers phones, directs calls and<br><br>takes messages.<br><br><ul><li> Maintains organization of the department including maintaining files, databases and<br><br></li></ul>archives of relevant records.<br><br><ul><li> Prepares and maintains paperwork, packets, documents, reports and other presentation<br><br></li></ul>materials using the appropriate software.<br><br><ul><li> Assists with purchasing and inventory control of department equipment and supplies.</li><li> Works with reports, invoices, billing, expenses, travel, small projects and related software<br><br></li></ul>systems as needed.<br><br><ul><li> Assists Human Resources with the maintenance of employee records by tracking<br><br></li></ul>employee licenses and CPR re-certifications and completion of mandatory training.<br><br><ul><li> Participates in the onboarding process and new hire orientation of new staff.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.</li><li> Work Experience: Minimum three years of administrative experience is<br><br></li></ul>required; prior scheduling experience using a scheduling system is preferred.<br><br><ul><li> Skilled in computer use including Microsoft Office products, such as Word and Excel.<br><br></li></ul>Pay Range<br><br>USD $19.96 - USD $24.95 /Hr.
