Overview:
We are looking for a committed and experienced Supervisor to lead daily operations and support a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards
  • Manage inventory: order supplies, track stock levels, and reduce waste
  • Support and mentor team members through ongoing training and coaching
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
  • Participate in hands-on facility cleaning during your shift as needed
  • Conduct daily huddles and weekly meetings with the Area Manager
  • Perform quality control inspections, including final walk-throughs and corrections
  • Ensure the worksite reflects a clean, organized, and professional environment
  • Foster a collaborative, positive team culture through open communication
  • Identify team members for additional responsibilities or promotion
  • Monitor and manage labor hours to meet or exceed budget goals
  • Streamline processes to maximize efficiency and results
  • Ensure staff are equipped with all necessary supplies and tools ahead of time
  • Communicate updates clearly to staff (e.g., changes in hours, policies, procedures)
  • Take accountability for labor overages and client satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Manager to achieve optimal results for clients and the company
Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Stable work history
  • Experience managing inventory and labor budgets
  • Skilled in staff development and team motivation
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
