Warehouse Operator - 3rd Shift<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>SHIFT:</b> <span>3rd Shift Monday night- Saturday morning; 10:00PM to 6:30AM; <span>Weekends/Overtime/Holidays</span> as needed.</span></p><p></p><p><b>PAY: </b> <span>$24.75 per hour with increase after fully trained</span></p><p></p><p><b>SUMMARY: </b></p><p><span>In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You’ll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You’ll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. We innovate the nutrition products and practices that unlock the full potential of every animal for a healthier, more productive life.</span></p><p></p><p><b>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:</b></p><p><span>• Must be 18 years or older<br />• 1 year of work experience in any industry<br />• Basic computer and math skills<br />• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions<br />• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot<br />• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></b><br /><span>• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others<br />• Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly<br />• Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery<br />• Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment<br />• Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed<br />• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area<br />• Successful forklift certification required</span></p><p></p><p><b>Physical Requirements for production positions regularly include: </b></p><ul><li>Able to lift 50lbs</li><li>Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements</li><li>Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment</li><li>Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present</li><li>Shift schedules that include days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodic overtime</li></ul><p></p><p><b>WAGE RANGE SALARY:  </b></p><p>Land O’Lakes, Inc offers a competitive salary and bonus potential.
