BRT Charter Services is hiring professional CDL Drivers
We are looking for responsible, courteous drivers to operate our fleet of motor coaches, shuttles, and vans. As a key part of our transportation team, you’ll ensure passengers reach their destinations safely and comfortably.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate motor coaches, shuttles, or vans safely and efficiently
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules for on-time arrivals and departures
  • Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and special needs
  • Keep vehicles clean, well-maintained, and presentable
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance issues promptly
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Provide clear communication and updates to passengers
  • Respond calmly and professionally to unexpected situations or emergencies

Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL with passenger endorsement (CDL-B or CDL-A preferred)
  • Clean driving record
  • Prior experience driving buses, coaches, or shuttles preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic mechanical knowledge for inspections and minor issues
  • Dependable, professional, and safety-minded
