The Opportunity

Position: IT Sales & Support Engineer / Consultant / Specialist
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM or 9 AM - 5:30 PM CST
Type: Full-Time, Hourly

What You'll Do
  • Provide technical support and IT consulting for business clients
  • Solve IT challenges through troubleshooting and software solutions
  • Balance support and sales-help clients while identifying their technology needs
  • Work closely with businesses, building strong, long-term relationships
  • Continue expanding your knowledge in a fast-paced, evolving IT environment

Who We're Looking For

Industry Experience
MSP/MSSP Experience: 3-5+ years
IT Support Experience: 3-5+ years
IT Sales Experience: 1-2+ years
Client Segment Experience: 3-5+ years supporting businesses
Remote/Hybrid Experience: 2-3+ years

Core Technical Skills (1-3 Years Preferred)

Support & Systems (Highly Desirable)
  • Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365
  • Repairshopr / Syncro
  • Keeper Password Manager
  • ConnectWise (Manage, Automate, Control, CPQ, BrightGauge, & More!)
  • Monday.com

Devices & Infrastructure
  • Fortinet Firewalls, Switches, APs
  • SonicWALL Firewalls, Switches, APs
  • Ubiquiti Routers, Switches, and APs

Additional Skills
  • Typing speed: 40 WPM minimum, 60+ WPM preferred
  • AS/BS Degree preferred
  • Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) a plus

  • Active Directory & Group Policy
