This role is central to ensuring that our ERP and financial technology landscape supports business growth, scalability, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in NetSuite ERP, financial reporting systems, SQL, and cloud data architectures (e.g., Snowflake), coupled with a strong understanding of accounting processes and financial operations. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of Finance and Technology, responsible for shaping the financial systems roadmap, driving automation, and ensuring seamless data flow across the enterprise. The position reports directly to the Senior Director, Financial Systems.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Financial Systems Ownership</li><ul><li>Lead the administration, customization, and strategic roadmap of NetSuite ERP, including workflows, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, and integrations.</li><li>Oversee integrations across NetSuite, QuickBooks, Snowflake, and other financial platforms, ensuring reliability and accuracy of data flows.<br><br></li></ul></ul><ul><li>Solution Architecture & Data Strategy</li><ul><li>Architect end-to-end solutions for ERP, reporting, and financial data platforms that support scalability and compliance.</li><li>Write and review high-quality, maintainable code (JavaScript, SuiteScript, SQL, Python, or other languages as needed).</li><li>Design and manage ETL pipelines and integrations using tools such as FiveTran, APIs, and middleware.<br><br></li></ul></ul><ul><li>Finance Partnership</li><ul><li>Collaborate with Finance leadership (CFO, Controller, FP&A, etc.) to design and implement system enhancements that streamline reporting, consolidation, and close processes.</li><li>Translate business requirements into technical blueprints and actionable tasks for internal and external technical teams.<br><br></li></ul></ul><ul><li>Governance & Compliance</li><ul><li>Develop and enforce data governance and security frameworks across financial systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., SOX, GAAP, GDPR, HIPAA as applicable).<br><br></li></ul></ul><ul><li>Leadership & Enablement</li><ul><li>Provide training and support to Finance and Operations teams to maximize system adoption and reporting efficiency.</li><li>Mentor junior staff and serve as a subject matter expert on ERP and financial systems best practices.<br></li></ul></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Education & Certifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field </li><li>Advanced degree (MBA or MS) and/or relevant professional certifications (e.g., NetSuite, CPA, CMA, CISA) strongly preferred.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Experience:<br><br></strong><ul><li>7-10+ years of experience in Financial Systems, ERP, or Business Systems roles with increasing responsibility.</li><li>Proven track record designing and implementing ERP and financial data solutions (NetSuite strongly preferred) for the enterprise. </li><li>Experience leading initiatives that modernize the ERP and reporting environment that drive efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Strong understanding of ERP, financial processes, and system integrations.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes, preferred.</li><li>Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial close, and reporting processes, preferred. </li><li>Experience working with women’s health services, OB/GYN practices, or ambulatory care centers is highly desirable.</li><li>Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering enterprise projects.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and business leaders.</li><li>Ability to influence and drive changes within a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment.</li><li>High attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mindset for improving supply chain<br><br></li></ul><strong>Technical Skills:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Advanced SQL expertise (Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent), including data modeling, queries, and performance optimization.</li><li>Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms, including data integration and performance tuning.</li><li>Proficiency with ETL tools (e.g., Fivetran), APIs, and middleware integrations.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.</li></ul>
