Job Description
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This role involves taking orders, providing pricing information, performing consultative sales, and explaining services and benefits. You will also support both new and existing customers while ensuring timely delivery of shipments and addressing any complaints. Strong communication and organizational skills are key to succeed in this dynamic role.
Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service via phone, email, and web-based channels

• Take customer orders, offer pricing, and explain services

• Monitor shipments from order entry to delivery to ensure on-time performance

• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner

• Assist with other duties as required
Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of administrative procedures

• Critical thinking skills and strong attention to detail

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $17 -$20/hr. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
