We are looking for a Senior Product Manager Technical (PMT) to deliver internal products that will help our Finance customers to improve finance processes, enhance controllership and reduce manual effort through automation.<br><br>We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented, self-motivated Technical Product Manager, having a a history of solving complex problems and delivering high quality technical products. You will be responsible for developing product strategy, defining product requirements working with global internal finance teams, influencing stakeholders and engineering teams required to deliver an impactful product.<br><br>The ideal candidate for this role will have strong ownership, business and product sense combined with a solid understanding of financial and accounting concepts. You will need to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment without being hindered by ambiguity. High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications, the ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders and leadership are essential to success in this role.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Develop and drive product vision and strategy in alignment with the broader financial systems vision</li><li> Incorporate the needs of a large and diverse set of customers into a prioritized product roadmap</li><li> Identify and execute product led finance process transformation</li><li> Influence the tech design in partnership with engineering and making sure technology choices are aligned to customer needs</li><li> Identify and track the relevant product metrics to measure progress towards both customer impact and organizational goals<br><br></li></ul><strong>About The Team<br><br></strong>Our team is the central product and tech team that supports the finance organization for the largest Amazon business, Worldwide Amazon Stores. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
