<h3><strong>About the team & opportunity</strong></h3> <p>We're looking for a Senior Product Designer for our CRM & Contacts team. You’ll be helping solopreneurs build and maintain relationships with their clients, by easily allowing them to keep track of their contacts and interactions over time with the goal of strengthening relationships. As a key team member, you’ll be shaping the user experience for millions of users, designing simple and intuitive experiences that improve our users' day-to-day work.</p> <p>We believe that great design starts with talking with our users and that the best solutions come from interdisciplinary collaboration. You’ll be part of Calendly’s incredible Design team, collaborating with Product Designers, Content Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers. </p> <h3><strong>A day in the life of a Senior Product Designer on the CRM & Contacts team at Calendly</strong></h3> <p><strong>On a typical day, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Solving complex problems in an exciting new product area </li> <li>Design holistic and scalable solutions that adds value to customers </li> <li>Drive discovery work to understand users and their needs</li> <li>Partner with designers, product managers, engineers, content designers, design systems, and researchers to improve and refine the Calendly experience</li> <li>Effectively communicating your design approach with strong storytelling, to inspire and align the cross-functional team to move in new directions</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What do we need from you?</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 1-3 days per week to work in our San Francisco office</strong></li> <li>5+ years building and delivering experiences for digital products in product-led B2B or B2C companies</li> <li>A plus, but not required, experience designing a CRM or designing for solopreneurs and small business owners</li> <li>A strong portfolio of design work that delivers customer and business value</li> <li>Expert design storytelling with an ability to communicate design solutions to leaders and peers</li> <li>Values being an active member of our design team, collaborating with a team of designers, including partnering on design work, providing feedback, sharing expertise, and mentoring</li> <li>A demonstrated understanding of the levers that balance business goals, team processes, and user needs</li> <li>Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What’s in it for you?</strong></h3> <p>Ready to make a serious impact?
