This position will manage all Sales Operations tools and technologies, with a specialized focus on Salesforce and the tools that integrate with it, to support organizational revenue goals and objectives. This role will be the subject matter expert for all RevOps tools that drive and support revenue goals by streamlining processes, documenting procedures, optimizing workflows, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy which enable productivity and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and provide solutions for Salesforce by recommending configuration enhancements and new workflows drive Sales operations to align with business needs and objectives.
  • Design, test and maintain Salesforce workflows and establish users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security controls on the system.
  • Manage and maintain all tools and technologies integrated into Salesforce and utilized by Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain CPQ pricing, products, and rules.
  • Streamline workflows and improve efficiency, from lead generation to customer acquisition and renewals, using data and technology.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the business to streamline processes, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, and optimize the end-to-end revenue cycle to support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide training and technical support to end-users on Salesforce, Apollo, Loopio, and other Revenue and Sales tools.
  • Regularly review and analyze Smile Digital Health’s tech-stack to ensure efficiency and remove redundancies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation outlining processes, procedures, and policies
  • Comply with the privacy, security and confidentiality policies.
  • Hold all confidential information in trust and strict confidence and ensure that it shall be used only for the purposes required to fulfill employment obligations, and shall not be used for any other purpose, or disclosed to any third party. A breach of policy or misuse of information could result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in Salesforce administration. (Experience in a healthcare technology environment, preferred).
  • 3+ years experience building and running reports in Salesforce and supporting a modern tech stack.
  • Familiarity with pipeline generation tools such as Apollo, SalesNavigator, and Marketing tools like Salesforce Pardot.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities.
  • In-depth Salesforce knowledge and demonstrated previous experience in developing and establishing system workflows, workflow optimization, system integration, and ensuring data integrity and analysis.
  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certificate or in progress, preferred.
  • Experience with Loopio, ZoomInfo, Netsuite and/or Klient, preferred.
