We’re passionate about fostering a culture of learning, experimentation, and teamwork—driving real impact for customers and the business as a whole.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>YOUR MISSION</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">Your mission is to empower our sales force to win new business by developing impactful enablement programs, assets, and motions that amplify prospecting, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. You will collaborate with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure new logo acquisition strategies are adopted and executed effectively. You’ll drive continual learning and measurable impact, helping Mural expand its customer base in the visual collaboration space.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"> Build and execute enablement programs focusing on new sales motions, prospecting, pipeline generation, consultative selling, and complex sales cycles.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design, develop, and deliver sales enablement solutions that align with strategic initiatives and overall company goals.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas for improving team competency and effectiveness, with an emphasis on expanding into new lines of business and targeting specific ideal customer profiles; develop and implement solutions to address identified gaps.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and monitor sales enablement metrics that measure the effectiveness of sales training, tools, and processes with clear iteration and improvement.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate, initiate and run end-to-end programmatic sessions for new sales joiners.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor sales objectives and results as they relate to live sessions, asynchronous learning modules and workshop attendance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coach sales teams on effective execution of selling skills, product knowledge, and processes, with an emphasis on prospecting, negotiation, and complex sales cycles.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Foster cross-functional alignment to ensure sales initiatives are seamlessly integrated and supported.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3>WHAT YOU'LL BRING</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years of sales enablement experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Expertise in sales strategy, pipeline development, and enterprise selling.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building programs for current sales teams to optimize prospecting and deal-closing abilities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven track record in collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfort using AI tools to enhance program design, workflow efficiency, and decision-making.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Innovative, outcome-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results and continuous learning.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">The base salary + variable pay for this role ranges from $104,000 - $130,000 + benefits.
