<p> About The Role & Team<br /> Creative Studios is the in-house creative agency for B2B communications, responsible for putting together physical and virtual events, visual presentations, video pre and post-production, video sizzles and industrials, eblasts, web design and integrated platform tools as well as and printed collateral.<br /> The Creative Studios Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of web-based projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires an experienced and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in web technologies, project management methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership. Acting as the central point of contact, the Project Manager facilitates collaboration across design, development, content, and stakeholder teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. The ideal candidate is strategic, organized, and proactive-capable of managing multiple priorities while driving continuous improvement and exceptional user experiences in the digital space. This role is instrumental in supporting the Creative Studios digital team's mission to deliver immersive user experiences through innovative storytelling and forward-thinking design.<br /> What You Will Do<br /> • Oversee the full lifecycle of web-based and digital projects, from initial planning through final launch. Develop project plans, set priorities, and monitor progress using project management tools to ensure key milestones are met. Partner closely with internal teams, cross-functional business units, stakeholders-including design, development, marketing, content, and UX-and coordinate with external vendors to drive successful project outcomes.<br /> • Develop and manage efficient project workflows, leading internal and external meetings to maintain alignment with overall campaign objectives. Ensure consistent and transparent communication of project status, key issues, timelines, and performance metrics to leadership, business partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.<br /> • Work with senior manager, developers and technology partners to implement solution driven design and assist with quality testing. Support integration efforts for various initiatives including new technologies and/or systems, and products.<br /> • Support the execution of live-streamed events by managing virtual platforms, overseeing attendee engagement, and tracking key performance metrics and analytics. Contribute to operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for improvement and helping establish best practices for future digital initiatives and live event support.<br /> • Partner with the Senior Manager to shape and evolve product strategy, including developing roadmaps for streaming and web platforms that reflect the Disney Advertising ecosystem while driving innovation and exploring new possibilities. Contribute to strengthening the team's reputation as a trusted creative and strategic partner by enhancing collaboration and fostering cross-functional alignment across teams.<br /> <br /> Required Qualifications & Skills<br /> • 5+ years of experience managing full life-cycle digital/web projects<br /> • In-depth understanding of HTML, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and web hosting environments<br /> • In-depth understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (eg. Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)<br /> • Experienced in leveraging project management tools to streamline workflows (e.g., Jira, Asana)<br /> • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills<br /> • Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)<br /> • Bachelor's degree in Interactive Media, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field preferred<br /> #DisneyAdvertising<br /> The hiring range for this position based in New York is $98,600 - $132,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
