ABOUT THE POSITION We're on the hunt for a dynamic Outdoor Sales Development Representative to join our energetic sales team. In this role, you will be connecting with educators and school districts who want to promote our life changing Pre-K - 8th Grade Career Discovery programs. If you're a proactive communicator with a passion for connecting with people seeking to help kids grow their confidence in their future direction. Department: Sales Position Type: Full Time, Non-exempt Location: Remote in the US with occasional in-person visits to the school site required. Schedule: Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday as needed. Must be able work Pacific Standard Time zone hours. Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour Plus Commission (Structure to be discussed) Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Outdoor Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Outdoor SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outdoor sales activities, including face-to-face interactions, outdoor education events as assigned. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a passion for engaging with customers both over the phone and in person.
