Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HubSpot CRM Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of professional experience, a strong understanding of data entry, and familiarity with CRM systems and Excel. While prior HubSpot experience is preferred, we are open to candidates eager to learn and grow in this role. This position will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate data management and effective reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Make changes to HubSpot, including creating and modifying properties, managing contact records, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry and ensure that all information is up to date and correctly formatted within the CRM.
  • Imports and Exports: Conduct data imports and exports as needed, ensuring a smooth transfer of information between systems.
  • Reporting: Run regular and ad-hoc reports to track sales, marketing performance, and other key metrics. Analyze data and provide insights to improve processes.
  • User Support: Assist team members with HubSpot-related inquiries, providing training and support as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving data management and CRM processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a data management or CRM-related role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes; prior experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manage and analyze data.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.


Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
