<p><strong>HubSpot Activation Manager</strong><br><em>Remote | Full-Time</em></p><p>Instrumental Group is seeking a <strong>HubSpot Activation Manager</strong> to help our clients successfully adopt and maximize their investment in HubSpot. If you're passionate about helping teams succeed with powerful tools like Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub — and you love rolling up your sleeves to make that happen — this role is for you.</p><hr><h3><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h3><p>As a HubSpot Activation Manager, you’ll lead client engagements, configure HubSpot portals, and coach teams to success. Your mission? To ensure every client not only understands the software — but thrives using it. You’ll:</p><ul><li><p>Lead onboarding and activation engagements for HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.</p></li><li><p>Deliver expert training and coaching directly in the platform.</p></li><li><p>Advise clients on best practices, strategic use cases, and scalable systems.</p></li><li><p>Tailor onboarding plans based on business objectives, tech stack, and goals.</p></li><li><p>Recommend optimizations and drive long-term platform adoption.</p></li><li><p>Monitor user performance, adoption trends, and configuration quality.</p></li><li><p>Stay up to date on the latest HubSpot features, AI tools, and productivity accelerators.</p></li><li><p>Guide clients toward expansion opportunities and long-term success with HubSpot.</p></li></ul><hr><h3><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h3><p>We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just use HubSpot — you <em>love</em> it. You’re comfortable advising executive stakeholders, training hands-on users, and tackling complex configurations.
