You can experience a world of opportunity and the chance to shape a career as unique as you.<br><br><strong>A Little More About Your Role…<br><br></strong>As the Global Quality and Testing Lead at WSP, you’ll define and execute the testing and quality strategy across all phases of implementation projects. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure robust testing and quality activities are embedded throughout the solution lifecycle. You will be a strategic and quality-driven testing leader with a passion for delivering enterprise-wide transformation.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>You will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive testing and quality strategy across all phases of the solution lifecycle, ensuring alignment with global program timelines and operational needs.</li><li>Develop, implement and maintain the Oracle Fusion testing and quality strategy for the overall program, for all phases of the solution development life cycle (Operations, Enhancements and Regional Deployments)</li><li>Define detailed plans, activities and scope for each test phase, with alignment to global program timeline</li><li>Ensure testing playbook of test scripts is built and maintained across all workstreams for key processes</li><li>Define detailed deliverables required to ensure consistency and traceability of testing artifacts (test scripts format, negative testing inclusion, centralized location, etc)</li><li>Manage continuous update to test scripts (manual and automated) in context of operational evolution of the solution</li><li>Identify required resources to achieve testing and quality outcome</li><li>Manage User Acceptance Testing, covering end-to-end business processes of system solutions, upgrades, and enhancements</li><li>Communicate detailed expectations to all testing participants</li><li>Work closely with Process expert and Solution leads to ensure appropriate solution understanding is embedded into testing scope</li><li>Management and oversight of resources and day-to-day activities of the testing teams, including external partners</li><li>Ensure effective communications and expectations across WSP and external partners for testing and quality activities</li><li>Implement continuous improvement approach across test cycles/phases</li><li>Track testing progress and provide regular status update</li><li>Analyze for root cause analysis on defects being introduced, and address needed testing quality adjustments</li><li>Focus on the higher level QA objectives, Test Penetration, Test Quality, Root Cause Analysis and Requirements Traceability. <br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…<br><br></strong>You bring a strong background in ERP testing (Oracle Fusion preferred) and quality assurance, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement. Your experience spans multiple domains and methodologies, and you excel in high-paced, dynamic environments.<br><br><ul><li>Bachelor Degree in computer science, Business, or related field</li><li>Significant experience in management of quality and test for ERP implementations across multiple process / functional areas – HR, Finance, Sales, Project and Procurement</li><li>Oracle Fusion experience strongly preferred</li><li>Experience in Agile / DevOps methodologies</li><li>Experience leading projects in support of a Project Management Office preferred</li><li>Experience supporting a large, multi-national company with testing staff across many geographies</li><li>Excellent communication skill across multiple stakeholder groups</li><li>Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group</li><li>Strong project management skills, including prioritization of competing demands</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in a high pace and frequently shifting environment<br><br></li></ul><strong>Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.<br><br></strong>Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
