Title: Creative Project Manager, Intern – EU Creative Team
Location: London Office Based EC1V 7LQ (Hybrid: Mon–Thu in-office, Fri remote)
Working Hours: Full-Time Internship (Monday–Friday) 6 months fixed-term contract.
Salary: Up to £25k

Are you a natural organiser with a passion for creativity and an eye for detail?

Join Wayfair as a Creative Project Management Intern and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of in house marketing production. Working within the EU Creative Team - Wayfair Europe’s in-house agency - you’ll help coordinate the flow of creative projects from briefing to delivery, supporting a diverse team of designers, copywriters, and producers.

If you're curious about creative operations, enjoy coordinating teams, and are excited to work in a cross-functional, international environment, this internship will give you valuable insight into the inner workings of one of Europe’s most dynamic eCommerce creative teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Help prioritise daily creative workflows in collaboration with your manager

  • Run daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings, following up on key action items

  • Schedule project kick-offs and reviews with cross-functional teams

  • Communicate changes in project timelines, scope, or creative direction to stakeholders

  • Review incoming briefs and gather any missing information needed to get started

  • Build project plans and ensure deadlines are met across multiple channels

  • Support the management of external vendors and freelancers (bookings, onboarding, invoicing)

  • Extract, format, and analyse reporting data to support team insights and performance

  • Assist the senior creative management team with ad hoc operational projects

What You’ll Need
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised

  • Some experience or coursework in project management (Marketing/Creative environment is a bonus)

  • Solid understanding of spreadsheets and data organisation (no macros or coding required)

  • A proactive, “get stuff done” mindset with a collaborative spirit

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic setting

  • Interest in agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira or other project management systems (a plus)

  • Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting practices
