which shapes the daily computing experience of the global Netflix workforce.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will set technical direction and provide perspective on the infrastructure and tools while striving for engineering alignment and quality and reducing complexity and dependencies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will be working on designing and implementing technology infrastructure for client devices (macOS, Windows, Linux, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android), including automation and tooling, with a focus on endpoint management and observability.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will be involved in developing and maintaining endpoint observability strategies, including monitoring, logging, and analytics, to ensure that we have a complete picture of device health and management across the entire fleet.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will automate and manage data collection jobs and create reporting on endpoint fleet observability to drive efficiency and insights for cross-functional teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You’ll help maintain and document services built internally by the NCSE team that help provide software and configuration to workforce devices.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You’ll occasionally design, build, and maintain new NCSE services that serve endpoint-related business needs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You’ll serve on a one-week on-call rotation with other NCSE team members, during which you will be responsible for answering operational requests within business hours and available for (infrequent) emergency pages fleet of devices, specifically Linux, macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android</span></p></li><li><p><span>Expertise with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience building internal products and services for other engineers as part of a client systems engineering team</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong observability and data background with proven experience with data pipelines for telemetry data, including shipping, ingestions, transport, retention, and availability of data sources</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience utilizing APIs for automation of work and service integrations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience as an MDM subject matter expert in collaboration You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options.
