Healthcare – OPEN ENROLLMENT SUPPORT CLERK II (OR, WA, ID, UT)

Motus Recruiting and Staffing, Inc. is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to find Open Enrollment Support Clerks to provide administrative support during the open enrollment season.

This is a remote opportunity available to candidates residing in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah.

Candidates must be available to work Pacific Time Zone hours and open to overtime and weekend shifts as needed.

Contract Duration: 5 months
Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour, DOE
Location: Remote (Must reside in OR, WA, ID, or UT)


Work Environment:

  • 100% Remote
  • Must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah
  • Must be available for potential overtime and weekend work during peak periods

Key Responsibilities of Open Enrollment Support Clerk:

  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls from external customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Support open enrollment activities and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
  • Perform data entry and other computer-based tasks with accuracy.
  • Prepare electronic mailings and assist with departmental communications.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (both alpha and numeric).
  • Log, track, and distribute inquiries.
  • Support open enrollment activities and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across multiple departments.

Required Qualifications of Open Enrollment Support Clerk:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year Experience in call center / healthcare environment.
  • 1+ year Experience with open enrollment activities required!
  • Typing speed of 30 WPM with 95% accuracy; 10-key proficiency preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment and Microsoft Word and Excel.
