Here are some responsibilities for a potential Social Media Content and Review Moderator:

Monitor user-generated content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies.
Review and approve or reject content based on predefined criteria.
Create a monthly content calendar with site teams for local content posting
Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or spam content promptly.
Monitor and manage customer reviews on various review platforms (Google Reviews, Yelp, etc.).
Respond to positive and negative reviews in a professional and timely manner, addressing customer concerns and highlighting positive feedback.
Escalate critical issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Foster positive relationships with users and encourage constructive interactions.
Generate regular reports on content moderation and review activities, including key metrics and trends.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving community engagement and brand reputation.

Collaborate with the marketing and legal teams to develop and update content moderation policies and guidelines.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in content moderation and online community management.
Proper billable tracking
Onboard/Offboard social media accounts and connect issued tracking data

As the ideal candidate, your background includes:

2+ years working with website design and website maintenance
Experience working in the property management industry as a leasing agent or above
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Must have a valid drivers license, current automobile insurance and reliable transportation.
Background and credit check, pre-employment drug screening, and employment verification required.
